Starting from February 23rd at 10:00, Cityscoot offers its service in Paris exclusively through Cooltra.
What do you need to do now?
1. Download the Cooltra app.
2. Log in to Cooltra with your Cityscoot credentials.
3. There you go! You can now book your scooter and travel while enjoying your benefits.
Plus, you get 15 free minutes per day until March 22nd.

A new version of the Cityscoot application is available. It includes bug fixes, but especially performance improvements of the application.

Best service, worst app
Cityscoot is the single greatest way to get around Paris, period. On top of that, the customer is absolutely phenomenal, hyper reactive, always available, and all-around impeccable. BUT, the app is the absolute worst. Crashes literally all the time, always bugging. And it’s been like that since the very beginning of the service. Please fix it ASAP, you’ll get 6/5 stars.

Great experience
I made a mistake on the app and kept the scooter active after leaving it. When I realized it, I just stopped it and accepted I lost my credit. They reached out to me saying they were giving me the credit back without me contacting them.
This is really what is meant by going beyond expectations. Well done!
