CleanLine 4+

A convenient and easy door to door laundry service. Stains from my home machine were removed from bedding. Drivers contact t arrange pick and drop and turn can message any questions on the app.

Whilst Cleanline may be able to dry clean the basics (shirts, suit pants, etc), never give Cleanline anything other than such basic items. We had given Cleanline a cardigan/sweater and the team confirmed that they wash clothes in accordance with the washing instructions (in this instance, a cold wash). When the laundry was returned, it was clear that all items were washed in the same drum. This was after adding the items to a separate bag and notifying the team of the same at collection. When we reached out to the customer support to look into this further, we received no reply. We followed up a week later and received no reply. 3 weeks later, nothing. Coming from London where there are a number of laundry service providers (similar to Dubai) there is no need to and why give your service to a provider that won’t make good an issue. Wouldn’t recommend to a friend, stay clear.

live in Jeddah. I am so impressed 👍. Quality of service super and their customer care focus is very impressive. Thanks to Mr Walid CEO who has dealt with questions promptly and also to the guy who collected and dropped off my clothes. The quality of the ironing & dry cleaning was great...
