This is the best app since Uber!
No hot water, put off calling a plumber for 5 days in dread of the £100 call out charge in the hope my boiler miraculously fixed itself. One call on Clipfix and in 8 mins 10 seconds Guy from WPJ Heating had me running around the house like Challenge Anika to diagnose the problem. It was simply 2 x AA batteries in a receiver, bosh, hot water again. Bliss!
If I could, I would be walking the streets of London with a sandwich board telling people to download this app immediately.
Great service
One morning we had no hot water . I was debating calling a plumber or electrician to come and fix it but I decided to give this app a try . Turns out my partner had turned the power off to the airing cupboard and the thermostat had reset . 2 mins into the call with PJ we had it fixed . Saved me £80 quid ! Amazing
Brilliant
The most brilliant App. It works - they FaceTime you and you fix the problem together. If it doesn’t work they will send someone out. My hot water stopped working and I fixed it - so empowering.
