Great app!
This is a brilliant app for anyone interested in web development, it removes the barrier to help you get straight to building fun useful web apps.
I do have a few issues though.. for one the UI for file management I feel could better, renaming files and moving them is very finicky. I also would like to see an option to not save files automatically, its a nice feature but should be able to be turned off, It might already be a feature but I cant find it in the settings. Apart from those nit picks very clean nice app, I especially love the React template which just works :)
Almost working perfectly
Great app for coding on the iPad. However the IOS doesn’t seem to let you add secrets, there is no project settings feature like there is with the web. These secrets are required by most apps as it prevents you exposing credentials to the public in public sandboxes/repositories.
This app doesn’t do the basics
Most people using this app will want to open an example they’ve seen online but can’t see correctly on their phone due to the amount of decoration that’s displayed around the editor even on a phone screen.
But this app has failed for years when you try to do this, telling you you don’t have permissions to fetch the project.
How many people have found this app disappointing and deleted it straight after installing? They said they’d look at fixing it but still nothing has been done.
