App is full of glitches

everything went smoothly as I began using this application, until a re occurring payment i set up didn’t leave my account on the 1st of the month, then the reoccurring payment tab just disappeared off my page. prices were low at the time so missed that opportunity. Next time I wanted to buy there was a glitch on buy page, where the screen keeps flicking up so i can’t reach the numbers to input. (sell and convert pages totally fine). next thing a pay and learn page wouldn’t allow me to input correctly and screen flicking up so i couldn’t reach the correct answer. now on the assets page it’s not showing the % under the prices and Eth just says 0.00 and for some reason that cannot be correct is that my yield earned numbers on 2 occasions that i’ve noticed actually went down from the previous time i observed.
how can i feel confident moving into crypto when i’m experiencing all these issues? I’ve had to use the main website to buy which just isn’t convenient and once you’ve gone through the 2 step verification, then the price has been missed. i have no idea exactly where i’m supposed to report this but it’s really grinding on me now and really i’m going to have to find a more professional platform as this just seems unprofessional.

Third time today I’ve tried to get help from Coinbase customer service. I’ve literally been on hold for a total of 5 hours and have been waiting nearly 3 hours this time just to talk to someone via text chat and I have to go to work to earn my £12 an hour soon so will lose my place and go to the back of the queue again. Perhaps Coinbase might consider investing some of that $273 million profit they made just in the last quarter of 2023 on a couple more staff to help its customers or god forbid even allow them to answer a phone and give some customer service to the very same people who lined their billionaire pockets with nearly three hundred million dollars pure profit in just the last four months of last year? I suppose the public have become desensitised to this kind of service and now just expect it from any and all of the big companies but the most hilarious part of this is the message they constantly bombard you with while your wasting your day on hold waiting for them to finally assist you by hopefully telling you where your 6K has suddenly disappeared to and that message is “we understand your time is valuable”. Well I’ve got news for you Coinbase, you don’t understand our time is valuable and you don’t care about any of your customers as long as their paying your exorbitant fees and wasting our time rather than pay for more staff to give customer service to the customers.

Some probs I have when using the app

I created an account on coinbase wallet app but got a bit confused on how to add my payment method, I tried to “connect my coinbase account” in order to buy/transfer sth, it says the email I’m using now for the wallet account isn’t recognized so I tried to register, said it’s invalid, but when I finished registration it said my email already exists.
So I use computer to go on the website and tried to register, but for the first few pages I’m now allowed to go back and modify my wrong info, I chose I’m a UK citizen by accident but I’m not I’m just staying in UK now, when I tried to go back to former pages I found it’s not allowed, and now I can’t change it, and it can only say that my nationality is wrong.
Is there anything u can help to fix it?
Or else I won’t be able to use this, which is annoying.
