Kraken Pro: Crypto Trading 4+

Best crypto exchange experience. Choose this one

Switched from a big crypto exchange. Easy to set up, quick verification and a gorgeous complimentary design and style. Within the hour I had managed to deposit funds with a 0 fee through bank transfer to buy crypto with.

Would definitely recommend also installing the Kraken Pro as the main Kraken app is easy to read with a clean design, but lacks further detailed information which I enjoyed on my old exchange. Furthermore the buying options are more specific and seeing the order book just makes a massive difference for how I interpret the price behaviour of the different currencies.

I had an issue not understanding why I was only able to draw a small amount of the crypto I had bought on the hard wallet in the same day. I posted on Reddit KrakenSupport and within 30 minutes I had received an answer with a resolution/solution.

Security features that make your account, transactions, settings, withdrawals & deposits protected. Also security measures to help guide new customers from behaving irrationally & making mistakes.

Couldn’t recommend more, especially if you are from the UK because they have a wide range of cryptos to choose from, but also a great amount of Crypto/GBP pairings.

5* in my humble opinion.

Fun, fast and enjoyable way to trade

The biggest exchange feels overly complicated so this is a way better option .

They will freeze your funds without explanation.

My deposited, fiat, funds were placed on hold by Kraken with no notification in the app. They then sent an unsolicited email, which naturally went to my junk mail, asking me to click on a link and submit sensitive financial information. Yes, you read that correctly, an email with no authentication asking for bank details. If I did not provide the bank details, they would not release my funds. The only explanation was I have to prove it is my money that I transferred, even though if I had deposited crypto, there is no way to prove this to them. I asked to have my funds returned and my account closed, as I have no faith in the security protocols of this operation, with their joke emailed link, or their requirement to hold my personal financial data. A week later and still no funds have been returned. This is fraud and you should avoid Kraken at all costs. UPDATE: Another week later and still no funds returned. Do not use Kraken. UPDATE: Another week gone and still no return of my money. Kraken is a con. DO NOT USE KRAKEN.
