Description
The Cook Taylor Woodhouse Portal App is an app that provides access to Osprey functionality for clients and associates. It allows the user to see workflows, documents and comments. Also the user can send and receive emails from lawyers.
The app provides security options like fingerprint login, and uses push notifications to inform the users about changes in the account.

Completely useless
None of our case detail is shown once logged in (it is on the website portal) and as soon as I select any option at all the app crashes. Tried to log this via the App Support option and I directs to an unknown webpage with 404 error. Pretty useless!
Rubbish!
Doesn’t look like they’ve fixed the crashing that others have reported. The website lists both our cases and has all the details but after 3 attempts to log into the app it doesn’t work.
App broken
Downloaded the app, logged in, no information found of our cases. Came back another day and it has already broken, just couldn’t open the app at all so had to delete it.
