Download feature doesn’t work!

I have repeatedly tried to download my classes and watch them offline but although they are on my iPad storage the app can’t see them! Please fix this.

Doesn’t work!

This app is not fit for purpose. For three years now I have been trying to use it with no luck. I have to use a browser to access Craftsy. I have contacted them and received a reply saying they couldn’t help. I, like others, get an error message when I try to log in saying there is a ‘server error’.

No longer for me.

Craftsy has changed over the years and is now more lifestyle and sound bite than detailed instructional videos which I loved learning from. Maybe I’m now too old and out of touch. I have tried to cancel my subscription from the UK but can’t find a way to do it online.on my fixed pension I can no longer afford something I seldom use.
