The Crosstown app is the perfect way to order on the go, whilst earning epic rewards for your purchases in-store, online, or via the Crosstown app.
When you join Crosstown Loyalty, you’ll be entitled to:
- a £5 voucher and a free coffee, once you’ve made your first purchase via the app or online
- a free coffee in any Crosstown store once you’ve earned 25 points
- a £5 voucher once you’ve earned 50 points in-store and online
You’ll receive 1 point for every £1 you spend.

Great to get rewards for my doughnut orders which I can use in-store and online
Unable to login
I’ve had the app since launch but been order to place my orders or login as it ever accepts my details. I’ve reset my password several times and sign in online but the app doesn’t even recognise there’s information entered. Would love to have this fixed so I can actually use the app and place an order via it please 🫶🏼

Thanks for your feedback- we are keen to get to the bottom of this issue as soon as possible for you.
Are you using a password manager/autofill tool to insert your email and password? If so, occasionally our app does not recognise that the necessary fields are populated. I recommend closing the app, reopening, and retyping your details manually.
