Description
The Grind® app for iPhone is the quickest and easiest way to order and pay for your coffee at any Grind.
- Customise, order and pay for your coffee in any Grind, from anywhere.
- Skip the queue and collect straight from the barista.
- Pay using debit / credit card, Apple Pay, or with your Grind Card points.
- Earn, redeem and track the points on your Grind Card.
- Subscribe to Grind at Home subscriptions within the app so you never run out.
- Manage your Grind at Home subscriptions within the app to make it work for you.
London is a busy place, but an extra ten minutes in bed shouldn't cost you your morning coffee.
With the Grind App, select a Grind, choose your drink and customise your order - with all your favourite orders saved for next time. Pay by credit card, debit card or Apple Pay, and we'll see you at the Grind for collection. Your coffee will be ready a few minutes after you place your order.
Rewards are earned automatically and can be redeemed for free coffee or cocktails. If you have a Grind Card already, you can link it to your account and keep earning right where you left off.

Easy to use and integrates well with Grind card
Huge improvement over the last couple of years, so much easier to use now!
Looks nice but doesn’t work great
On the surface, this app looks good, but I’ve had some issues that repeat themselves.
I use it for managing a subscription I have. When I occasionally go to change my monthly order to something different, I make my mix & match selection, click ‘select’ and then on the next screen ‘save’. At this point I think my order has been saved, and I come out of the app. But then my order turns up and it’s the old order. I’ve realised now that there is ANOTHER ‘save’ button after the initial ‘select’ & ‘save’?? This seems pointless and confusing. I’d suggest removing one of these steps to avoid confusion as I’m sure this must’ve happened to lots of people!
Great app / great coffee
The app has great functionality and I use it all the time. Both the customer service and coffee is of a high quality from your Greenwich branch.
