Well I took my eyes 👀 off of the game and Someone’s only gone and stolen my Coins??? Who did the dirty deed, who knows what when and how this happens as I was only turning my head and OVER 2000 OF THEM??? I thought 💭 WOW. I enjoy this game and I play it everyday and doing well, I feel cheated. I contacted the developer and was told that I should go on Facebook and this would then get them back as they could have retained them??? So it was my own fault basically, (did I just say retained, WOOP’S sorry a slip of the words RETURNED) I think after a few months of playing I should have to get a social media account!!! Not once had I been told this and I am awaiting them to get back to me! WATCH THIS

I can now let people know that the problem has been dealt with very swiftly and decisively by the developer and gave me back ALL YES, ALL OF THEM. This is good news as I can let you know what I think of this game. I have long COVID and this game has and has been very good in helping in my recovery, I spend a lot of time attached to an oxygen machine and not coming off anytime soon. The game has kept me entertained and challenged whilst also keeps me amused as I cannot believe the words that I come up with are real not made up. I surprise my family also as they walk past me they try to help out. I will be bringing my family/and friends into the game very soon. Thankyou team you have a good addictive game here and will enjoy every second. Best regards.

Sorry to contact you this way but I couldn’t find another way to do it.
I’ve been playing this game for along time. I can’t remember the country but I have a lot of points and felt I was doing well even tho you changed to tapping present boxes to start the game. I can’t actually play now tho because when I open the game the company name appears and the game title and then the screen goes black. I didn’t want to delete and then reload because I will lose everything I’ve collected. Can you please suggest something I can do so that I can resume play? It needs to be simple or I won’t be able to do it. Thanks.

It pointlessly and aggressively promotes things you’ve repeatedly declined (and can access from the main screen should you ever change your mind). You’ll see a little of this mindset when you first use the app and are given tutorials which cannot be skipped or even delayed. No thought to user experience. More fundamentally, the app does not have any clear approach to words which are included and those which are excluded. I wish I’d taken note of the numerous examples while I tried to persevere with this app but I did not. It’s just denied the word (which ruins the streak which is important for maximising points) risqué for example which is a perfectly valid word. I believe it’s accepted delta and iota previously but rejected beta. Had only iota been accepted then I’d think this was logical since it’s commonly used in English but delta is less commonplace by far and its specialist use is also be true of beta. My point is that not only are totally valid words excluded but it’s seemingly totally arbitrary.

Another example I just remembered was that the word quire was needed on one level. This is included while risqué is not? This is preposterous. My phone autocorrected me several times in my attempt to write out quire (including just now, annoyingly) to quite, quote etc more than once in the former case.
