Good enabler

The three great things about this app
It helps get you under the shower - once you press your confirmation of music you have five seconds to get under, no time for second thoughts
It gives you your favourite track for 5 minutes
It records your achievements.
So
get the app
Set a target streak
Then for each shower
Set shower as cold as it goes
Fire up the app as far as music confirmation
Do two by thirty Wim Hof breathing exercises
Push music confirmation
Get under and start shower

Having a melt down

After 1115 days of cold showers the app glitched so I signed out. I now can’t get back into it as it keeps giving me an error message. I’ve never stuck to anything for this long & have really felt the benefit. I’ll be disappointed to have to stop, or to lose my spot in the stats/scoreboard. It’s glitched a few times but I’ve always managed to log out & then log back in to overcome it. So frustrating.
