Elegant and simple - my cuppa tea

I’ve used this app for 6 months now and it’s quick accessibility and simple design has made it a good staple.
Nice animations for visualising breathing and a variety of exercises for different needs.
I recommend this for anyone who’s looking for a handle on anxiety, adrenaline or stressful situations in general.
I work doing hazardous and physically demanding jobs and these breathing techniques are good quick tricks to clear my mind to work safer.

As a tool, it helps calm nerves so you can pursue what your doing with a clear head.

Buggy (app breaks) and awful sounds/music

Touted as a cheaper alternative for Wim Hof app, I deleted this within minutes of downloading and trying it. The sounds/noises/music are incredibly stressful, not conducive to doing breath holds. And the app broke on the first use, it’s very buggy. Also no actual timer on the screen when doing the Breath retention.
Avoid!!.
