Update
Says the app needs an update when trying to login and won’t let me access until updated but no update is available! Please can you provide the update as right now cannot access my CCTV at all.
Not up to date and poor services
This app has always a problem. Developer is never up to date. It was working fine but after the ios12, it only works with WiFi and not on 4G.
And no one to guide on how to get this sorted. Gutted. Disappointed
Not working
Only works at home with WiFi and not outside with 4G. Needs updating as did work well before and no one to contact about this.
