It’s good enough

Great app, easy access, English available too. However it doesn’t have any contact numbers. We ordered a couple of weeks ago from HOT DOG restaurant, “5 minutes” away icon showed for an hour. The order never arrived and we weren’t refunded the money. No way of contacting the restaurant nor the app contact centre.

The app NEEDS a contact number!

Cold food in double the delivery time

Hopefully they can improve on this but it’s 2 out of 2 so far, don’t rely on delivery times or warm food
