Anime fan, love the game!!
I found D4DJ coz I loved the anime. My first time playing a rhythm game, and I am now a bit of a fanatic about it! Amazing game play, with a massive skill spread. A big variety of songs, which you unlock in game with resources you collect. They often release new ones. Lots of stories with all the girls. Music videos you can unlock, too. They have events for 6 out of 7 days, with different game modes for bigger rewards. The gacha is exciting. It gives you loads of the diamonds you need to roll for cards at the start of the game, though it becomes harder to get enough when you’ve played every day for a few months. You can buy them, but it’s crazy expensive to get enough to have a good chance at a 4* card. That’s my only criticism of the game, that the more you play the harder it gets to gather enough resources to gacha.
One of the best games I’ve ever played
The game itself is amazing, where you follow the story of Rinku and her friends. The different groups, songs and storyline are very interesting, and the game is constantly keeping you updated with cool crossovers, such as the Quintessential Quintuplets and Di Gi Charat. The rhythm game is excellent, and I love how if you get a ‘good’, unlike other similar rhythm games it doesn’t ruin your combo. It’s pretty easy to farm diamonds, and as a F2P player I haven’t had any issues and have got some pretty good cards. The stories and 4* maxed cards are well animated, no surprise seeing as D4DJ is made by Bushiroad, just like Bandori.
Overall, would recommend, I’m sure you’ll enjoy it. There’s also an anime and it’s really wholesome. ❤️
I have an addiction to this game lol
I was searching for rhythm games other than bandori and project sekai when I was on the jp App Store. I ended up finding d4dj. I got seriously addicted and I ended up being a bit sad for not joining earlier T_T. But I heard they were releasing on ww so I downloaded it straight as it came out. And I’ve never stopped playing since really. The only down side is they skip events only to catch up with the jp version. I would rather go through every event previously released than catch up. It also caused ww to have some misplaced gacha releases and ticket exchanges we didn’t have access to. But overall, really enjoyable ^^
