The app is great but there is one issue which is that I got logged out of my account and I tried to log back in and it’s saying that there is no account with this email and now I can’t get back into my account. I would like to log back into my account but I can’t and I’m very upset because I was talking to someone that I was really getting to know and I would like to talk to him again.

Buggy & Sticky
Messages are extremely irritating, as multiple copies of messages are sent/delivered. In one instance I have been receiving blank messages from a guy who insists he did not send them - we now chat on a different app. Scrolling is very sticky (on an iPad). I have had a lot of messages from what appear to be fake a/cs or folk who seem up to no good. I realise each app is different; but this is one of those where individuals do not respond at all, even with a polite you’re not my type or no thanks. That goes for English/Spanish/French/German-speakers. Of the six apps I am currently using this is my least fave. I certainly should not upgrade until any new app version is released & tested.

Catfish
Got catfishes in here! No way to report tried to block the offender just disappeared was very stupid and shared my driver licence ID to prove who I was. I’d like to report to the authorities but there are no tools to do so! Very disappointed in this poor service. Vulnerable people may be in danger I’m going to speak to the police in the morning and address this. Very poor uncaring attitude in 2020 .........
The guy in question is called Michael and is posing as a 73 year old dentist from Las Vegas. He is probably a poor guy who’s picture had been stolen and used. He has brown hair and a beard and looks genuine but is definitely not.
