DAFNE Online is a support network for people with Type 1 Diabetes who have attended the Dose Adjustment For Normal Eating course - providing news, forums, carbohydrate lists and an online blood glucose diary. Register at www.dafneonline.co.uk With the DAFNE Online app, you can take DAFNE with you wherever you go, allowing you to record blood glucose, medication and upload this information to your DAFNE Online account, as well as looking up Carbohydrate Portion (CP) information without an Internet connection. Blood Glucose Diary features: Record Blood Glucose, Carbohydrate and Insulin intake Specify your own Blood Glucose targets for different time of day Diary results are colour coded to show whether you are below, on or above target Automatically synchronise your results with your DAFNE Online account View a summary of your results, showing averages, total daily dose (TDD) and more. Apple Health app integration - when you add new diary entries both Blood Glucose, Carbohydrates and Insulin dosage can automatically be added to the Health app. Carbohydrate List features: View and search the Official DAFNE Carbs List natively on your iPhone/iPod Touch - no Internet connection required. Good but a couple of annoyances

Helpful to be able to interface easily with the DAFNE website, and the diary input is mostly great.The plotting facility isn't much use at all - plots seem to be very busy and hard to configure, but there are other apps for that. If there could be something like a grid view for looking back at the diary that'd be really useful.My other gripe is that it often tries to automatically figure out what sort of entry you're making based on time of day. If you eat a late lunch or dinner or something there's no way to configure those automatic windows so you're always having to tweak the details.Those are fairly minor complaints though.

I detest taking my blood sugar, mainly because I have to write it down in that horrible little orange book and I can't keep track or I lose the book so don't test for days.. however this app has been like a breath of fresh air, not only am I recording my BG 5-7 or so times a day and actually keeping on top of it, it takes 5 seconds to record on my phone and is a lot easier to see where my BI needs adjusting! Perfect.
I'd be lost without it

Great app that I use constantly to keep a good record of my levels and see averages which make life easy to monitor! On another note I had a small crashing issue since an Apple update, but It was no problem with the amazing support from Simon, who had it worked out and repaired in a few days with a constant stream of emails keeping me updated! 10/10 to Simon and this app 😎

Having had some initial issues in using the app (quickly resolved on the DAFNE forums) I can confirm this is a great app for DAFNE "graduates".If, like me, you don't want to carry an old fashioned notebook to track your control, this is the app for you.Well done guys.

Having had some initial issues in using the app (quickly resolved on the DAFNE forums) I can confirm this is a great app for DAFNE "graduates".If, like me, you don't want to carry an old fashioned notebook to track your control, this is the app for you.Well done guys.

Changed the behaviour so that Diary Sync is turned off if a login request is cancelled, rather than keeping on trying to sync
