Love it!

I love this app. The meals are very tasty and most of them are quick to make. I love it that I can use the app in English. It makes it so much easier to buy all the necessary ingredients since I live in the UK. Having recipes in English is also very useful. That way my partner who does not understand Polish can help me prepare meals when I struggle with time. Five meals can be quite time consuming and require a bit of pre-planning but they are usually very quick to make and they introduce a lot of variety in my meals. I’m always pretty excited to try all of those meals.

I also love all the features, the shopping list is fantastic, so is the option to swap the ingredients that I don’t like. I do have a suggestion for improvement which I’m not sure has been implemented yet. There are certain food items that I can’t have as they don’t sit right with my stomach. It’s a bit annoying to go through every recipe over the week to swap them for the alternative. I wonder if there could be a setting to pick the alternatives for unwanted ingredients, which could automatically swap it for the whole week/duration of the diet? Or maybe an option of picking the unwanted ingredients at the setting up stage of the diet?

I would also like to praise the technical support. I caused a bit of commotion signing up with my Apple ID by accident. They came back to me relatively quickly and swiftly linked it back to the email I initially set up my diet account with. 👍🏼👍🏼

Unfortunately, we do not interview food intolerances and allergies, so we do not take them into account when choosing a diet. The diet is intended for relatively healthy people who have no health problems.
Every tip is very important to us as we keep improving the app for you. We will take your suggestions into account.

Great app for fitness and weight loss

This is a great app for people like me who want to loose weight and get fitter and need to follow a balanced diet which has all meals planned with a shopping list. You can exchange meals if you don’t fancy something and the meals are really tasty and quick to make.
Training plans are very good. I have a few suggestions:
It would be great to be able to mark favourite training sessions and gather them all in one place, so to build up your own favourite training list out of the sessions already done.
Also it would be great to see what exercise will be next (for example a little window in the corner)
All in all I love the app - well done!

Great app but could be even better

This app was recommended to me by a friend and generally I really like it because it’s easy to follow and convenient in that you can select different meals and swap ingredients to suit your tastes or to use up what you’ve got at home. I also love that it doubles up as a meal planner, which saves me a lot of time and hassle (which as a working parent is a massive bonus).

Things that could be improved: firstly, the English version of the app really needs work. There are mistakes in the recipes and the instructions aren’t detailed enough (e.g. not specifying whether to cook on low/medium heat), and as it’s a paid app I think this should be improved as a priority. Secondly, I’ve noticed that sometimes the diet tab malfunctions which means it runs slowly and I have to wait ages for it to load which is irritating. Finally, it would be good to have more of a choice of recipes as I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and I keep coming across the same ones (it would also be good to have the option to like/dislike a dish and to be able to search through all the recipes).

All in all I really like this app and would recommend it, I’m only using the diet plan but I find that when I stick to it I do lose weight and most of the recipes I’ve tried have been delicious :)
