Absolutely love it!

The food is not only healthy but delicious with a great variety of meals. You can also swap meals to a completely new dishes or swap ingredients within them. The meals will definitely fill you up so you will never end up hungry. Also, the preparation/cooking time is short.

I always had problems with other trainings as they were all too hard for me and I couldn’t keep up. The trainings that this app offers are amazing! I started on the beginners level and slowly progressed onto the higher ones.

Great app but could be even better

This app was recommended to me by a friend and generally I really like it because it’s easy to follow and convenient in that you can select different meals and swap ingredients to suit your tastes or to use up what you’ve got at home. I also love that it doubles up as a meal planner, which saves me a lot of time and hassle (which as a working parent is a massive bonus).

Things that could be improved: firstly, the English version of the app really needs work. There are mistakes in the recipes and the instructions aren’t detailed enough (e.g. not specifying whether to cook on low/medium heat), and as it’s a paid app I think this should be improved as a priority. Secondly, I’ve noticed that sometimes the diet tab malfunctions which means it runs slowly and I have to wait ages for it to load which is irritating. Finally, it would be good to have more of a choice of recipes as I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and I keep coming across the same ones (it would also be good to have the option to like/dislike a dish and to be able to search through all the recipes).

All in all I really like this app and would recommend it, I’m only using the diet plan but I find that when I stick to it I do lose weight and most of the recipes I’ve tried have been delicious :)

Still room for improvements

I have returned to diet after over a year break and still not convinced. In a meantime I have tried different online diets and found them tastier and easier. Firstly 5 meals it is way too much for me, it would be good if you could change it to 3 or 4. Each meal is usually different so it means you need to spend even longer in the kitchen to make 5 separate dishes. Each meal you can swap but the choice is limited to few other dishes. It would be good if you would have access to all recipes and be able to search for them. Also it would be good if you could mark your favourite dishes so system would use them more often or you could easily swap for them. It would be nice for vegetarian diet to have a option to include fish. At the moment I have to adjust it manually which is time consuming. Too much protein for me, I had to eat 259g of fish for diner yesterday which I really struggled. I hope you take on board my suggestions and at least some of them can be implemented so this app is in line with some other the best online diets on the market.

Thank you for your fair opinion :) You could eat 4 meals (daily) in the diet by combining two snack into one meal. Meals are very varied, because we really focus on diversifying dishes. All of the dishes guarnatee providing nutrients to the body. All your suggestions are valuable for us. Remember that we are constantly developing and will create new functionalities.
