Diner DASH Adventures 4+

I want to start by saying I absolutely love diner dash. I have managed to basically ‘complete’ the game and get to the skillet levels without spending any money. You need A LOT of patience but it is possible! Just absolutely milk the watching ads for gems as much as you can, and sometimes when there’s no gems on offer for ages, you just need to wait until the next day to progress. If you’re not a patient person, this game probably isn’t for you unless you’re willing to spend money. The gameplay is addictive and fun and just the right amount of challenging.
My only grievance right now is that they have recently introduced pop-up ads. You used to watch ads to get gems, coins and items to complete levels and when you watched an ad, you’d always get a reward for it. There was no pop-ups. I always watched ads for gems and that kind of ad watching must surely make the game a lot of money. So it feels like a really greedy move from the devs to introduce annoying pop-up ads just to make a little bit more cash. I’d love it if those were to go away. The option to watch ads for gems etc is still there but with the pop-up ads as well it just feels like a little too much! That’s why I’m only leaving 4 stars. Other than this, it’s a great game, but this latest addition just feels greedy and a let-down.

Still has diner dash vibes but includes hotel dash in there.. clever! Love it but hate it that you need gems & coins to do anything! Upgrade need stars but if you can’t progress you can’t get stars and you font complete activities to progress, so you can get stuck in an endless loops and collect coins! Game also forces you to upgrade or you can pass levels which is so annoying! Also sometimes the game is not reactive enough when you tap to get flo to complete task! Grrr stuck on L7 unable to get additional stars because can’t get grades because I can get Gems quick enough! Mini games to collect gems would be good! I’m not that much a fan to spend money on Gems!

So glad that the game has improved and making collecting coins and gems a lot easier with a lot of freebies or earning them. This game has helped keep me entertained in lockdown! Thank you!

Just had to do the latest update cos the game glitches took my booster but did play the game 🤨 still OG diner dash fun there love the new food choices and the food truck events are really fun just too short! Now also got mini games in events and quests to get boosters and gems! Love it 😊

Gameplay is okay - fun to visit the different locations but slow to progress unless you are willing to spend money on games.
Biggest peeve is the developers forcing you to waste the gems/upgrades/prizes you have earned/won when it isn’t necessary- for example every level starts with all extras activated even on the first level of a chapter where the goal is to serve one person and the extras serve no purpose. Removing them for every level is annoying and sometimes you accidentally use one. Another problem is the developers forcing you to use prizes, for example the “secret menu” - that is anything but secret - is opened as soon as I open the game and I cannot progress before I “claim” a prize of 1 hour free play - I’m about to head to work for the day and just wanted to chill and play a couple of levels. However there is no option to come back later and claim when I do want to play for an hour. So instead of chilling out to a few levels I’ve had to shut the app down 3 times trying to close the “secret menu” so I can just play only to find I can’t. So instead I’m here leaving this review before I delete the app. I’ll find another that will just let me play the game I downloaded
