I initially thought it was great, I had a £500 overdraft off them which was in my account within minutes. I clear the overdraft immediately and I never defaulted in anyway....however just a week ago I went to buy Christmas presents and I needed to dip into the overdraft only to find my account had been suspended and without any notice....numerous phone calls and emails have been made and sent and I keep getting told my complaint will be dealt with within 3-5 working days, I waited for the 6th day to elapse before ringing them again only to be told the exact same thing...”please wait 3-5 working days”....if they had given me any notice of my account being suspended then I could of made other arrangements....but oh no....not a clue or a clue as to why ......seriously annoyed about the level of customer service!!

I was very happy with Drafty, until I had a problem, I have made 3 payments onto my account in the last few weeks, the payments have been successful but have not been deducted from my balance. I have spoken to them and they have said they would email me but I’ve not heard anything, I’ve tried emailing but keep getting the same standard reply telling me to email them on the same address I’ve already emailed or call on the number I’ve called that says they’re too busy to deal with me and to email. I’m going round in circles and over a week later I still have no idea what’s happened to my payments and I guess I’m still accruing interest on the higher balance.I’ve been happy to recommend them until now, but this is very poor customer service.

Woke up 3am to find account suspended obviously a worry until realised it was just default card has expired. Unfortunately the utterly useless app doesn’t let you select the new debit card details which the last payment was taken from as the new default- utterly incompetent app, as far as I’m concerned account can remain suspended intended to clear balance within next couple of months anyway and will then have nothing else to do with these idiots They charge insane interest the least they could do is develop an app that works
