Brilliant Company with friendly staff.

Just short of six months into my journey with Updraft helping me sort out and clear some of my credit card bills I got each month with high interest rates that at the moment are increasing more and more. Updraft was easy to set up the account with them and to work with them with what they need to help. They in my case soon made an offer to clear some credit card debts at a staggering 60% less interest I was being charged, slashing the time by half to getting the money paid off and back to Uprdraft. My credit score is slowly increasing but often bi weekly which in turn is opening more doors with more favourable interest rate offers. I can’t thank them enough for helping me get back on the right path in half the time it would of done on my own. Highly recommended by me such friendly staff too that I’ve dealt with so I’m more than happy to speak out and give them a glowing reference. Anyone reading this and doubting them don’t you could be as settled as I’m now feeling which I have not for a long time.

Early in my updraft journey but it’s a massive thumbs up from me ...

So obviously the app is new to the App Store - but my ‘journey’ so far with Updraft/Onpath have been faultless and quite frankly I can’t recommend them enough.

I wasn’t sure ethical and borrowing money could be spoken in the same sentence but it is what I was looking for.

I found updraft via social, then did some research (which? And various other things I came across)

I wasn’t in a financial hole but wanted an opportunity to do things better, with someone that would give me a chance and understand my finances were not just what you see ‘on paper’ or a credit report.

In short, I got a semi-substantial loan to cover the balance of some consolidation- at a very decent interest rate compared to my credit card and even balance transfer deals, and a very quick simple process of application and registration.

Pretty much seamless and I find the app the same. It’s simple to use, everything at a glance... easy to connect your bank if you want to and a credit score if you are interested in that too. I especially like being able to see the amount on my loan delet monthly in a simple visual way. That works for me.

If I had to sum up my experience with updraft, I’d say it’s like conversing with a ‘person’, not an app or a process... and that is what keeps me engaged. My plan is to pay off my loan and the. Use their guidance to accrue savings and manage my money well for the future.

Happy repeat customer

Two things to review here. Updraft as a company and Updraft as an app. Company first - brilliant. I’ve been a customer twice and have found them to be brilliant and reviewing circumstances, taking a holistic view of everything and coming up with a useful solution. They have helped me twice to better my situation and for that, I thank them sincerely! Secondly, the app. I find it to be difficult at initial setup with issues linking accounts and those links not appearing for a while, but once the app has refreshed it works brilliantly. You can access your updraft information but also bring your bank accounts together, along with credit score information, and I find it very useful as a snapshot of your finances. I have found Updraft to be brilliant, the support is second to none (I rarely have to wait longer than a few hours for an answer to a question) and I’ll happily use them again if I need to. Recommended.
