I think the app works fine, most of the time it depends on how fast you react because the competition is insane these days.
Would be useful if there was an exclusion option, i.e. when setting time frame with an exception of certain dates, e.g. for between 3rd March to 3th June except 17th March, 25-27th March, 7th May… you get my point. And yes you can do it now with setting date ranges but setting exceptions would just be easier.
Also test dates are always the same, my instructor cannot do the 8:20 but can do the next one which also falls in the “morning” time range so to book automatically I would need to exclude “morning” altogether. Perhaps a more detailed option of pre-selecting test dates?

At first it seemed a little odd cos dates repeated themself I think it was a glitch in the end and first couple days I didn’t get anything at all but then third day I was looking in the morning and a couple came up which didn’t work for me I guess they went but then later in the morning more came up and managed to get one for where my instructor does the tests because before I had one but was for the wrong place really but was desperate. Don’t judge this app to quickly, give it chance and I recommend looking at it in the mornings rather than afternoon because morning seems to be when it’s all updated and by the afternoon I think it’s all been taken by then. But honestly I judged it a bit quick but still have it chance and it does work you just have to wait and keep looking. Where I have now is pretty much full all the time so if the place I needed had cancellations then whatever u need with have them cos lots of people want this it’s literally chock a block.

I’m writing to you with concern and need some customer service help. In early June 2022 I paid for what I thought was a one time payment app named driving test cancellation uk. The app never gave me any cancellations and I ended up using a different method to get a test and passed my driving test in then end of June 2022. After this I never went on the app again and I deleted it. Months and months have passed and it’s now February 2023. My email has been down for a while and a lot of my mail was going into junk and I’ve only just realised it’s been charging me £5.99 a week! I am 17 years of age and can’t afford this. I am in great concern as I didn’t even use the app and now being charged. I really need some help and a refund as coming out of the pandemic and still being in education I can’t afford this. Hopefully you can help.
