With the help of this app you can easily choose the type of flame that suits you. Rhythm, intensity and consumption - everything can be adjusted to your needs.
Responsible fire.
With the Eco Wave function you can easily reduce the power of your gas fire while retaining a beautiful flame image; it never gets too hot in your room, so it’s not necessary to keep turning the fire down or off. You can continue to enjoy a beautiful flame image and you save up to 50% on your energy consumption. Alternatively, with the thermostat function you can manually set your desired room temperature so that your fire always gives stable, comfortable warmth.
Personalize your settings.
Save your favorite flame pictures to quickly display the desired flame effect. Plus with the electric fire it is possible to set the desired times each day in the weekly program when you want to enjoy a certain flame picture in your fire.

App issues
I’ve had my DRU fire 8 yrs and old app was issue free. This new app won’t even let me in to add my fire. It doesn’t find and connect to fire and tells me no module found. Nothing but problems with the app! Contacted DRU to be told to contact the supplier where fire was purchased. Did this only to be told to contact DRU. Operation manual is of no use as no explanations or help with app. Very disappointing.
Gateway error.
Controlling our fire the app continually gives a gateway error and takes minutes to reconnect. . Disappointing.

Gateway Error
Using the app I am continually met with GATEWAY ERROR. Resolved by resetting hub and fire power but I’m not going to do this every time I want to light the fire. Any resolutions DRU please?
