Description
The ECG On-Demand® Tracker app will allow you to easily record symptoms during the Holter recording session.
When feeling unwell, note your symptoms in the tracker app.
The function of this App is to provide a convenient tool to record your symptoms and transmit them to the clinician who will be reviewing your ECG recording at the end of the monitoring period. This App does not notify a clinician at the time you are experiencing symptoms. This App does not provide a diagnosis or medical advice.
In case of a medical emergency, please seek immediate medical attention.

Works like a dream
I always have my phone with me so having an app rather than a paper form makes sense. It’s so easy to use when recording dizzyness than having to scramble around looking for the paper sheet and a pen. App is nice, clean and easy to use.
Simple yet brilliant little app
Very impressive and well thought out. So much better and environmentally friendly than having to fill out paper diaries that usually get misplaced!
Won’t allow me to scan barcode - therefore whole app doesn’t work
I have 2x bars of 5g and yet it tells me it can’t connect to the internet to scan my unique barcode and therefore that’s it. I can’t use this app to record symptoms for my 72hour heart monitor. Paper for me then. Great idea but doesn’t work. Infuriating
