ECO Surv 4+

What a waste of time.
Having waited for the release of this new apparently greatly improved app there is a long list of issues.
Not user friendly.
Only available in portrait mode so if you use an I Keyboard this won’t longer have any use.
Badly laid out.
Guessing game where forms could be.
So repetitive it’s unbelievable, in sections you will answer the same questions multiple times.
No import function and a clone function that’s so limited it’s not worth it being there.
Developers need to go back to drawing board and fix the issues that I would imagine every surveyor will have using this app.

This app wastes so much of your time asking for repeated details again and again when it could be easily populated by simple coding to all applicable sections. One property had over 700 questions 500 of which could have been automatically filled in from previous sections. Frustrating doesn’t even come close!!

App is designed badly, clunky, repetitive on questions asked, need so many additional customer signatures for each completed form, the forms are hidden in many rabbit holes making them difficult to find, form layouts terrible, questions repeated repetitively across forms, if you say there is no ventilation in a room as an example, it still asks you about all the other types of ventilation. The whole design is not ready for roll out, it is not ready for actual surveyors in customer homes, survey is not tried and tested before roll out, many bugs and issues with the survey. Absolutely terrible design from start to finish.
