Nearly 5 stars
Great app, good topics and nice easy way to stay on top of CPD ! It be nice to be able to download all the courses you have done with the points in a nice easy PDF to store in your training record ! Then it be 5 star.
Need for improvement
The app is great but need more stuff for care workers to update themselves as well as a way to save the stuff you did. Also if you forget your password it should have a very simple way of getting help to reset your password or apply a new one. The app gives you a option for forget password but you never actually receive the email it claims it send you to reset password... which is very annoying. No Technical support
Could be so much better
A promising start for what could be a wonderful product. Biggest glitch so far is that it takes ages to register that you have completed a module, says it has sent an email to the address you have registered, then doesn’t.
