App was quick and easy to navigate. The search function saves scrolling and the categories are really relevant to what everyone needs right now! I can’t believe the amount of discounts available, such a diverse range!

Trying to purchase high value vouchers is like pulling teeth.

You’re met with a transaction failed message after buying a couple, and have bought many over the years, email them, only to be told you need to wait 24 hours due to security issues (imagine wanting to spend your wages).

Then the next day you wait and still can’t, to be told there’s a maximum daily limit you can buy (crystal ball out as nowhere does it state that).

Email them again to be told there’s a maximum of 3 per day that can be bought, again, nowhere does it say that.

Their customer service, if you can call it that, is lacking.

My bank and my devices have security, if I wish to spend my money after going through my own protocols then they should not be blocking my doing so, it’s really not that hard.

Every time you email them it’s a new excuse, it’s your bank, it’s this, it’s that, how about admitting liability for your restrictive system and let users use the service as they see fit, as mind-blowing as that idea seems.

I was using the worlds oldest iphone until a few months ago (iPhone 6) so i appreciate that the application didn't load up at times on that phone. However now I'm
using a iPhone 14, this still crashes and keeps auto reloading. This is the only time I have seen an IOS fail and it was this application. When it is working its great and I have saved hundreds of pounds on our ever increasing brexit inspired food bills! So thank you when it works but feedback gets sent back to the developers but nothing seems to be getting resolved. Hence the 2stars!
