App is not up2date
I booked Many flight and hotels but when I open the app it shows me a trip from a week ago, strange that my new information is not showing, doesn’t seem like a big hurdle to overcome but it’s really irritating me especially when I’m traveling.
Some basic flaws
I appreciate that work is being done to improve the app. But I frequently encounter issues that mean I have to return to the website. Most fundamental is when I book a trip (train) I cannot view this in my trips to retrieve my collection reference. A simple improvement would be to add collection reference on the confirmation screen, I always screen shot it to enter at the machines. Also - the sliders for picking train times are not very usable with the time being underneath, meaning when using your thumb this will obscure the time underneath - simply move the time above the slider and the UX will greatly improve.
Mediocre at best
I often have to restart my search because the app is somehow blocked. For example if I zoom in the map and search the area but it gives no results, the “no results” picture blocks the “search this area” button, leaving me no choice but to restart.
Train choices are lacking too. Especially not having eTickets.
Other problems, but I don’t have the time. I only use it because my company chose it. I do not recommend this app.
