Ratings and Reviews
Worst banking app
Currently I am unable to use my corporate card as the booking requires authorisation in the app and guess what the app won’t even open, just hangs at terms and conditions after an new install of the app. Even when I had the app installed on a previous phone it was antiquated, every screen took an age to load and was unintuitive. In general I find BoA and very out of date organisation and this app just adds to that. Building these apps is pretty much child’s play nowadays, how can an organisation as big as BoA get this wrong and make zero effort to fix.
Updates nonstop and bad everthing
I am not normally compelled to write reviews unless something is really bad or something is really good. This one falls in the really bad considering the giant organisation that it belongs to.
I amd being asked to update it almost every time I use the app and everyone I update the app it will ask me to login and disable the face unlock.
Also recently I am getting the message to reinstall the app to update? I have hundreds of apps on my phone and this one just tops the list in terms of incompetent.
I am sorry to say this but the product team which managed this needs to really look at other banking and credit card apps.
Bugs, always bugs
The app will work for a few months then come up with a new error. At the moment every time I try to approve a charge the app tells me it needs to be updated. Except there is no update available and uninstalling then reinstalling doesn’t work either. Essentially making it useless.
