Can be confusing at times, a few months ago I was in quarantine and it stayed green, just before i was due to leave it went yellow, the system was stuck and both me and my colleagues had an issue where we couldn’t reset it using our phone numbers but gave our numbers to soneone else to receive the PIN. Aaaarggh! Plus now I came from red list, it should be yellow but isn’t- HMC registered my pcr as I got the kashif number sms but I am still green. V confusing

My brothers came to Qatar over 1 week ago from the UK, they are both fully vaccinated and got a negative PCR both before and after landing in Qatar. Yet still it is yellow? We were going to go to Saudi Arabia to perform umrah, but now we have to wait. We called the disgrace of a support service known as Ehteraz’s help line, and they say the same thing every time, “your complaint has been registered, here is your ticket number, we’ll get back to you when we feel like it” and it seems like they never actually feel like it because we’re not the only one struggling with this issue, as you can see many reviews stating the same thing. We called at least a few dozen times to ask about the progress of our complaint, and they say that we haven’t registered a complaint at all. A miracle that this app has 2.1 stars, because in reality it doesn’t deserve any stars.

For an app that tracks and can tell if in close proximity (with everyone having to have Bluetooth and location setting on all the time) there should be a localised map so you can see how close you are to other people and their status colour. Only notifications in this app are announcements. If there is a close proximity alert then you are only told in notification centre - no way of reading the notification in the app as like I said only announcements can be seen in the in-app notification section.

you should be able to set your home and work location so it stops Bluetooth and location tracking when at these 2 set points because there is a major battery drain due to this app needing to always be on.
