Ellie: Disabled Dating App 17+

As a blind person I am happy to say that it does work with voice-over and I really hope that the developer keeps working and improving this with the Voice over which you can find in accessibility on the iPhone however after a message back from the developer I am hopeful some changes can be made after my previous bad review it is a con that you have to pay nearly 6 pounds for three matches the developer would be better off doing a subscription service for one month three months six months or a year and so on which I am pleased to say they are thinking about doing you need to give people value for money I understand it does take money and time to develop these apps and as long as the developer listens I think we should get behind them and to be honest as a blind person it is nice to see that it does actually work with voice-over a lot of the mainstream dating sites who claim they help people with disabilities have not even taken the time to develop their apps properly with voice-over for blind people that’s hopeless but they are quite happy to take your money so keep up the good work and I hope this app is a success

Unfortunately there is no option to delete your profile permanently/completely on the app. I may have overlooked it but I don’t think I have. Once again, it’s a great idea but not ready for the world stage.

I downloaded it and it responded for about 5 minutes then stopped, I received emails telling me I had likes but they weren’t on the app, also it told me to come back tomorrow for more swipes but 48 hours later I still got nothing...and it was still telling me come back tomorrow...also my blue star had a number beside it and I kept getting prompted to click it and when I did nothing happened!

I reported the problems more than once and got a response saying it’s 10pm on Friday we’ll deal with it tomorrow... and even then nothing was done the next day nor did I get a response off support... the support is terrible with responses and fixing problems...

This app is a waste of time! It’s nothing but frustration and irritation, it just collects your info and nothing else! I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! Don’t bother downloading it!!!
