Wasteful

It is two days on the row they keep rejecting my license.
I called them... it took me 20 minutes to talk to someone who wasted my 15 other minutes and failing to understand suggested I should talk to his manager. It led me to waste another 30 minutes waiting for the manager to pickup the phone and the system hanged up on me.

Why all the hate?

Don’t know why they have so many bad reviews. I have been using their service a lot over the past year and they have been wonderful. Good support that speak English. And the bikes are wonderful.

Developer Response ,

Because everyone says what they think, and that's a good thing! And in most of the cases, people get in touch here when something didn't work out. We learn just as much from bad reviews as we do from good ones, so the more we are happy about your feedback and we are very happy to pass on the praise!

Would give 0 stars if I could

Scam-like company who take a registration fee without registering you and do not respond to emails. Not worth the effort. Horrifically bad company with non-existent support. As someone else said, if Coup did 2 seaters this company would disappear overnight.
