• Fixed: Saving an existing form from its Summary tab (approving it, marking it ready for review, or editing its title) now reaches the server every time. Since 1.9.18 those saves could show "Saved" without being stored. Session entries on the Logs tab were not affected. • Improved: If a save is refused, the form now says "Save failed" and stays open instead of closing.

• Fixed: A new Attendance Log now suggests the site staff name you used last time, instead of the one used most often. On sites where staff rotate, the wrong name could be suggested every time.

• New: Notices from EMRFlow now carry an EMRFlow badge, so you can tell them from your practice's own announcements, and can open a link to the full release notes. • New: A release notice appears once by itself after you update, and only on installs that have that version. • Improved: On an attendance entry, Save Codes now keeps the note you typed beside the codes. • The status chips on Forms now show exact counts for your practice, under Everyone and under My Work, instead of a running tally. Tap a chip and the list holds exactly what the chip counts. • AI Form Assist on an attendance entry has a new switch, "Fill diagnosis and treatment codes." It's off to start: the AI writes the note and leaves your code lists and session times alone. Turn it on and it suggests codes as before. Your choice is remembered. • A form the server already filed to ShareFile no longer offers Upload, and a failed upload on a weak connection can no longer mark a filed form as not filed. • Manage > Users hides users your EHR no longer returns. A "Show inactive" chip brings them back when you need one. • A form that was approved before auto-filing was turned on is filed to ShareFile the next time an admin opens it. • Evaluations, treatment plans and quarterlies can be sent to an outside physician or nurse practitioner for signature by email; the form shows Awaiting physician until it's signed. • Speech and psychology therapists no longer have to enter trials on every attendance entry. • Evaluations, treatment plans and quarterlies now need the clinician's signature before review and the physician's before approval. The retired Medicare G-code box is optional, and new fields record the written order, the discharge plan and coordination with other providers. • Restoring unsaved edits on a form no longer closes the app. Dates of birth read month first. Dark mode fixes on the patient summary sheet, the attendance log export and the unsaved-logs placeholder. Your name in the side menu shows in sentence case. If the Forms list cannot load, it says so and offers Try again.

• Forms you filed more than eight days ago no longer disappear from My Forms. They sit under one "Filed earlier" row that expands on tap, and every count includes them. • Fixed: a downloaded attendance log now prints its Service Location. • Fixed: a patient no longer shows as "Unidentified" on an attendance log when the phone's copy of the patient list has fallen behind. The phone now finishes syncing the whole list. • AI assist fills only the fields you left empty. Anything you already wrote stays as you wrote it, and it never changes a patient's attendance status. • Signing out of a Solo practice now ends the session everywhere on the device, including offline access. • The date filter on My Forms includes the end day you pick, and matches a form by its service date as well as its last edit. • Sign-in secrets on the device are stored in protected storage, and no sensitive values are written to the device log. • A connected ShareFile account stays connected, including on a shared tablet and after a reinstall.

• Unsaved work on a form is now kept safe. If the app closes before you save, you are offered your work back the next time you open that form. • Fixed: a therapy assistant can now send a Progress Note for review. Previously that was not possible at all. • Fixed: the required-fields counter is correct the moment a form opens, instead of correcting itself after a save is refused. • Fixed: saving a form no longer clears a signature date the record already had, which had left some documents stuck and unable to be submitted. • Tap anywhere on an option label to select it, not just the small circle. • Invite links now open the app with your organization already filled in. • Comments are now removed along with the form they belong to. • The folder field for your document destination is now labeled and checked for what it actually needs. • Clearer wording throughout for where records are sent.
