Hi Frank, can you look into this please and advise?
The app works fine on my old ipad gen 1 for video playback but it will not allow playback on any of my ios devices running ios13. The live video stream is fine on my iPhone 8 for example, but i cannot view any recordings, it just says “no recordings “, even though the time and record functions are set up correctly? And i can view said video/recordings in my old ipad? Please get back to me on this, thanks
Does not work - useless
I had EseeCloud which was working better than ism kit or IP pro apps. I did an update of the app and it is rendered useless. Can only download IP pro which doesn’t work at all. No live video, constant buffering n re-buffering, freezes, only gives still pictures. If you are on a phone call n want to check videos don’t even bother as IP pro want even let you open the app, up throws you out. I have an old eseecloud app on phone which is slightly better will open on phone call but no live video, connection constant interrupted making my system totally useless as a camera system. Have tried technical support but have no response as yet. Would not recommend any of it. Had problems on and off with the app n system for over a year now, really do wish I bought a different system.
Perpetual Crasher
Hi Frank, the app used to work perfectly, allowing me to see my NVR no problem, any time, any place. Recently, I’m guessing that this coincides with an update, the app constantly crashes within seconds of opening. I’m unable to access my camera stream because the app won’t even get as far as that, it simply opens then crashes. I’m on an iPhone X using the latest OS. Please fix, this app used to be five star. Thanks
Update 3/4/19
Weirdly on Saturday 30th March, the app worked for one login. All cameras came online, so I assumed the issue resolved. Tried later, the app returned to crashing at every opening attempt. Phone has been rebooted , no change.
