April 2020. Working again as not even been able to log into it. Clocks on British summer time again. Time on film and box is fine but app still had a problem with playback being one hour ahead so very difficult to navigate back on app time.

Update sep 19. This app has stopped working completely. I can not even see live feed. Playback was bad. Not worth even having on phone. What a shame as I thought it was good.
I reinstalled it and it works on live view. ( if you can not load it reinstall it).
Still timing playback does not match with real time even when real-time the right time on both box and app. British summertime started that is the issue now with playback. Get that right then it would be excellent.

Nearly time to change back my time in box in October so it’s right for British summertime. Bet it will work then. 5 months since update. Shame as app was good till then.

After the recent updates it’s now worsened I have to restart my phone at least twice a day to get it to work and now that’s not even doing anything just says uploading all the time

The app only works 50% of the time it’s pot luck it usually won’t load or one camera shows up when my other just says loading I have a new iPhone 8 also when trying to watch back a it just freezes if these issues where sorted it would be good

I recently had a CCTV system installed and it worked OK at first on my phone but I noticed that it was intermittently not showing views of one or more cameras, then I noted that on the rear camera it was jumping time so no continuous recording, and now I have lost the playback function completely. Not great if I need video evidence is it? I presume this has something to do with the recent iOS upgrade? Please release a fix for these problems ASAP.
