NOTE: Before installing ESET Secure Authentication, please note that the product requires server side installation. This is a companion app and will not work independently. Contact your company‘s network administrator to receive your enrollment link.
ESET Secure Authentication is an easy-to-install, deploy and manage 2-factor authentication (2FA) solution for businesses. The second factor, which is received, or generated by the mobile app, complements and strengthens the normal authentication process and secures access to your company’s data.
The ESET Secure Authentication app allows you to:
- Receive push notifications on your device that you can approve to complete authentication
- Generate one-time passwords to use along with your username and password

Does the job, but not without issues
We set up ESET MFA in the office last year. Staff need the Authenticator app to login remotely. That’s all fine. However, since upgrading to the iPhone 14 Pro Max my Authenticator insists on looping and I have to kill it and retry, sometimes up to 6 times, by which time authentication has timed out and I need to start again.
Is there an update on the way, please?

Good but needs TouchID and Watch Support
Does the job but could be much slicker. Having to unlock your phone then login in the app with a 4 digit pin then accept the session. It could all be done by 3 taps of the finger on the home button.
Even better if the push notification on my Apple Watch actually did something apart from the option to Reject.
Great but lagging behind
The app is great. Never had an issue with it, however the UI is looking a little tired now, and it would be great to add in TouchID and maybe AppleWatch support. Generating one time codes on my watch would be amazing!
