The Microsoft 365 Admin App enables you to be productive from anywhere. The app allows you to receive critical notifications, add users, reset passwords, manage devices, create support requests, and more—all while you’re on the go.
Who should use this app? People with an admin role to a Microsoft 365 or Office 365 enterprise or business subscription.
What can I do with this app?
- Add, edit, block, or delete users, reset passwords, assign roles, or manage aliases & devices.
- Add groups, edit groups, and add or remove users from groups.
- View all available and assigned licenses, assign licenses to users, add or remove licenses, view and download invoices.
- Check the status of existing support requests, take actions on them, or create new ones.
- Monitor the health of all services and view active incidents in Service Health.
- Stay on top of all the upcoming changes and announcements via the Message Center feed.
- Get push notifications about important information related to service health, message center, and billing.
The app supports dark theme and is available in 39 languages. And if you're someone who is responsible for managing more than one tenant, you can sign-in to multiple tenants and quickly switch between them.

The latest release includes view all the communication with the support agent under 'Case Notes' of a support ticket and bug fixes to improve the accessibility of the app.

Quick for simple tasks
The app is handy for doing simple admin tasks from anywhere. It saves having to switch the laptop on. I can do basic admin tasks first thing in the morning without having to get out of bed, meaning my users get a quicker response.

Very very disappointed
Microsoft have not helped me at all. I have spent 2 days trying to get outlook calendar set up,with a room hire, ok I had premium but it is not obvious an exchange account is required. So having bought O365 Home, I then bought O365 business premium, except as it is an exchange account, there is no direction for downloading, nor is there interaction between my email address and the new one I am FORCED to adopt. After many I responded Emails,online and through helpline, I called the Phillipines number, after 28 minutes, I was put through to an exchange handler, except they were closed. I called again and was told to speak to my email provider which I did, he said to go back to MS. If MS have such a crummy customer service, they need to know about it! VERY UNIMPRESSED!!@
I manage multiple Office365 accounts,but the app only allows me to save four accounts at any one time. This appears to be a dynamic list because if I close the app the list changes to include the account I last used even if it wasn’t in the list when I previously logged on. This obviously drops one of the other accounts off the list. Can it be updated (the app) to allow the memorising of more accounts?
Otherwise a very helpful tool for mobile support.
