Description
Google Admin lets you manage your account for Google Workspace and other Google services, on-the-go. Add and manage users and groups, contact support, and view audit logs for your organization.
FOR WHOM? - This app is for super admins who use the Admin Console to manage Google Workspace or other Google services for their organization.
It provides the following features:
• User Management - Reset passwords and add, edit, suspend, delete, and restore users
• Group Management - Add, edit, or delete groups, and view and add group members. Email, chat, and schedule meetings with group members directly from the app.
• Audit Logs - Review logs

Dear Google, take a look at the Microsoft 365 Admin app for ideas as you seem to have struggled with this one.
Every time I need to actually do any admin, I have to use the website as this app does nothing useful!!
Considering my company is paying you £1000s a year for Workspace, I’d expect some investment of that in developing an app with some (more than extremely basic) functions! All this app is good for is resetting passwords and changing names, which almost never needs to be done.
Extremely limited app forma. Company that doesn’t seem to care
Not only is this app limited. Everything about running services with Google has been a nightmare. Critical issues that go unresolved for a month, choppy support reps who would rather argue than help, disregard for basically anyone and an attitude that if they work for Google - they’re better than.
Avoid the app, avoid Google. Awful company across the board.
