Ive been on this app for only like a week i think and its great so far i got 2 giftcards in 2 days last week! and 1 yesterday! so 3 in total. this is a great survey app but the thing is, the surveys sometimes dont let you in, even the ones with 5 stars on it, i dont know why they dont let me in? could you all fix this problem and see if i can do more surveys cause usually now theres only like 2-3 survey’s then when i complete them theres only 1 left and then i need to do another one and its only 1 survey there..? could you all fix this for us? Also, once your accepted on the surveys, and you do about maybe half of it thinking, “great im gonna get paid for doing this!” no, sometimes the surveys let us in then kick us out middle of the survey, or they just dont let us finish, they just break. FIX THIS PLEASE!! would give 5 stars but reason im giving 4 is because of the surveys not working and sometimes just not letting me do them as i click on it and the bugs!! I downloaded this app a few weeks ago and forgot about until last week - on a whole, I’ve already made £12 just by using this app which has gotten paid straight into my PayPal account, so for anyone that’s wondering yes the payments are legit. This app is great if you have a lot of free time, I find that if I’m just sat scrolling through Tik tok I come onto this app instead to make a few quid. The only negatives I’d warn people about before they downloaded it is that some of the surveys are quite long and quite repetitive, so If you’re very impatient and don’t have a lot of free time this app probably isn’t for you. Additionally, some surveys will be cancelled when you try and do them or you won’t fit the criteria - it’s an understandable circumstance but it can get annoying at times. However ! If you have the motivation and the patience to put some time into, honestly it’s worth it ! Some of the surveys are quite fun to do, and if you try hard enough you can definitely get some extra money out of it, I’ve made a total of £16, £12 from eureka and another £4 from a similar app ( survey pop) - so if you’re considering it honestly just give it a go :)

I can’t fault the surveys, some of them disqualify you but that happens everywhere. Payment reached your account quickly, that’s fine. My problem is with the paid offers. Oh boy, they’re a pain. I completed a game offer (for a dice game if anyone’s interested) at the end of March. I wasn’t paid afterwards, so I raised a dispute. It’s just been a pain. My dispute wasn’t responded to, so I contacted customer support and they said another company (AdGem) deals with that and they couldn’t help. Polite, but not helpful whatsoever. A month later I received an automated email from AdGem saying that my dispute was closed, which annoyed me but I responded and said I’d like them to reopen it and actually fix it. Now in May, I’ve been told my dispute was successful but I still haven’t received the compensation and customer support seems like they don’t actually read queries. I just keep being told that if it’s last the timeframe then my dispute was unsuccessful, which doesn’t help when they’ve told me that it was successful. I’d stick to other apps, but if you only want the surveys and nothing else, this is fine. I would never waste my time trying to complete offers with them again

It was all going fine after i made around £18. I cashed out on a Saturday and it said I need to wait 1-2 business days for it to process. I waited… and waited…yet nothing came. I double checked and made sure i sent the money to the right email to my PayPal. It has been 18 days since i cashed out. Still no money. To make it all worse, their customer support via the app doesn’t even work! I have no way of receiving my money other than escalating the issue. Earning through surveys is arguably VERY annoying as it’s so time consuming and the surveys can bail on you last minute. I would recommend using Qmee, not Eureka as Qmee has no minimum cashout, you can cashout instantly and they have good customer support unlike this app. ‼️UPDATE: I emailed customer support and they got back very fast even tho they said they will respond within 1 business day, they responded on the same Saturday i emailed. I am very pleased with the customer support, there for I will bump up the review. ‼️
