The Eurobank Mobile App is updated with smart functionality, offering a user experience that makes everyday life even easier.
Discover its possibilities:
Information at a glance: You can view all your products and services on dashboard, the amount you win back from the €pistrofi scheme, and the tax-free amount built up from your electronic transactions.
Payments Hub: When you tab on the red button anywhere on the Eurobank Mobile App, you initiate your transactional activity with Eurobank. You will see a brand new UI, and a clearer distinction of basic transactions driven by your needs: Transfer funds, Bill Payments, IRIS Payments, “Favourite transactions”, Standing Orders.
Contacts: Ability to access, not only the Contacts saved on your device, but also all the contacts you have saved on your account via e-Banking to easily complete your transactions.
Even more secure: Biometric identification methods (Touch ID and Face ID), ability to Shake2Logout and other safety layers that secure your transactions and online purchases.
Products and Offers: Easy access to a wider variety of online products for your digital purchases.

Easy and quick to use
Problems
Better than the old app (which was the worst app in apple store!) but still has problems
If you only have a loan account, when you are trying to transfer money it allows you to select recipient account but then it stops displaying an error message that you have no account available!!!
The same with the new web site.
I have to use the old e-banking to transfer money!!!!
Unable to login
Just can’t login after updating the app. It happened again in an old version after some period.. Please fix the login issue ASAP.

The issue related to the application log-in has been resolved with the latest upgrade. Please uninstall and re-install the Eurobank Mobile App. If the problem persists, please contact ebanking@eurobank.gr.
