View and Activate Mobile Train Tickets:
Using your Evolvi credentials to log in, you will be able to view all your mobile tickets and activate them on your day of travel. You will also be able to view your bookings fulfilled via alternative delivery methods, giving you quick and convenient access to collection references.
Alternatively you can log into the app using an M-code. If a mobile ticket has been booked for you, you will receive an email with a unique M-code which you will need to enter along with your email address. Once logged in you will be able to view your mobile ticket and activate it on your day of travel.
Make Bookings on the Move:
The Evolvi mobile app also allows you* to purchase tickets secure in the knowledge that all your preferences, corporate policies and benefits are automatically applied.

Avoid at all cost
Utter garbage. Worse than any other train app that I have seen. You have to log in with three different credentials (email, booking reference and agent reference) every time you want it show your ticket. Meant that I was sitting on the platform looking up details in emails just to get through the barriers when I arrived. Seriously - any agent who uses this will lose business overnight. There are so many apps with online tickets that work fine (cross country, train line etc) just use one of those.
Utter rubbish can’t be relied on
This is the worst app I have ever had the displeasure to use. Constantly crashes and freezes, often at the critical point you need to use it to get through a barrier or show your ticket on the train. No way you can rely on it and I have to take screenshots of the barcode ahead of arriving at the station to ensure I have it to pass through the barrier. This shouldn’t have to happen.
My advice is stick with paper tickets.
Terrible clunky app
It feels like an app from 5 or 6 years ago. You cant delete old tickets, or add new ones without logging out and back in. You need to enter info in three different fields every time you want to add a ticket, despite the fact that two of those fields contain the same info every time.
This is easily the worst app on my iPhone but I’m stuck with it because it’s the only way to get my corporate tickets in electronic format.
