Great app. Only feedback is please can you look into keeping the refine by size option on sale items. Often there are very few sizes available for each product (on sale) and I’m not going to scroll through each item when the majority will not be my size. Filtering to size will mean you can easily see exactly what is available for a potential purchase. Thank you!

I received an email about a “Private Members” access only sale! Did my usual shopping and saw in fact that items were on sale including the 2 designer bags I’ve been meaning to buy but to my amazement, the prices changed to original as soon as I view the product as well as adding to my bag?!?!? this happened both on the app and the website so I decided to call customer services and I’ve been told that it was only for GOLD members (as I am bronze) I’m sorry what?!?!?!?!??? TELL ME WHERE IT SAYS THAT PLS! there is no fine print to advice which tier level members are eligible for this so-called “Private members access only sale”?!?!? Last time I checked I am a member and the said items were on sale? For a successful & luxury consignment, the tech designer/team can’t get each members’ account to detect its own TIER LEVEL?!?! I love a tease but not when it comes to FALSE INFORMATION with shopping! it’s heartbreaking 💔

Farfetch is not just unprofessional — it’s borderline a scam platform.I placed an order for a pair of Maison Margiela Replica sneakers on 11 June, got a confirmation, and waited patiently for almost a full month. On 4 July, customer service even emailed me to say the order was still under stock confirmation and would only be cancelled if I requested it.I did NOT request any cancellation.And yet, a few days later, they cancelled my order without my consent, claiming “limited availability.” No real explanation. No proper apology. Just a basic refund — while the same item had already jumped over £200 in price by then. Farfetch caused me a direct financial loss and completely wasted my time.Customer service was useless — vague, passive, and dismissive. They treat customers like disposable numbers. The worst part? There’s zero accountability. They make you feel like you don’t matter.I can no longer trust this platform.Farfetch is deceptive, unreliable, and careless. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy having your time and money thrown away.
