Simple. Works.

I have been using Zero for long time, but it became too overwhelming with advice and features to the point where it’s difficult to find how to start a fast.

I like this app because it is simple and minimalistic, it’s exactly does what an app like this suppose to do: help a person to organise his meals day to day and track the progress overtime. That’s it.

Well done for the developer! The only thing I’d suggest is option to edit fasting start and finish time. Sometimes I start fasting and forget to enter it in the app, it’s be useful to have this option.

Will submit more feedback after I use this app for longer.

Love the simplicity but need to be a able to edit

I love the simplicity of this fasting app as I find others too busy and have too many other unnecessary distractions added into them. The reason I chose to use another app over this one is you can’t edit or add fasts manually. Sometimes you’ve started fasting without immediately pressing the button but can’t go in an hour later and change the time to reflect that. Also, if you press the stop fasting button by mistake there’s no way to correct it. It’s so close to being perfect for those who simply want to be able to track their fasting but the inflexibility means I won’t use it and looked elsewhere.

Very simple timer with reminder notifications

Simple timer app with a good selection of different fasting breakdowns (14:10, 18:6 etc) would be nice to see a few more simple features like daily/weekly stats or to be able to log weight changes etc. Currently using a few different apps to track my progress. That said, it’s free and that’s why I’m using it it instead of paying £70pa for an app with a load of extra features that I won’t use (like water consumption logs or exercise videos etc£
