Does as it says

Perfect app to keep a record of blood pressure readings done at home, simple to use and input readings, to then show or send to a medical professional, this is only a record keeper not a diagnosis app, always seek medical advice for any concerns you have about blood pressure.

Update: Feature request - Please add a graph chart instead of average number for the statistics.

Really don’t understand how people have difficulty using this app. It does one job, you record your blood pressure and pulse. Simple.
I use it to monitor my heart to pass on to my Doctor.
