Description
- The Festool Order app is the perfect tool for tradespeople, designed for finding and managing machines, accessories and consumables in a simple, easy-to-understand and clearly organised way, as well as for creating wish lists and sending them to retailers. Download now free of charge.
-START: Find the right machine, accessories and consumables simply and quickly: Using the integrated Festool product catalogue, directly via the registered Festool tools, using the search bar or with the barcode scanner.
-My products: You can add your own products under "My products". This guarantees you an overview of your own products and registered products.
-Wish list: You can quickly and easily add your products to the wish list and remove them again using the heart icon. Then just open the wish list, select products and your preferred retailer and send the list via e-mail.
-Profile: In the "Profile", you can log into MyFestool, select your preferred retailer and get in contact with Festool.

Not very helpful
I downloaded this app hoping it would help me identify what Jigsaw blades i should buy/try. But it's a time consuming pain.
Yes you start by choosing the material you are working with (a good start) but that is all the filtering you can do! No options to ask for "clean cut" or "curved cuts" or "cutting depth/capacity"...
Festool have a huge selection of blades, abrasives etc. I had hoped this app would provide a quick way of finding what you need. It did not.
After the minimal filtering, you are still left to click on each item in a long list to read the description before identifying if it is what you are after. Most of the time it is not...
It's a great idea, but it makes discovering/identifying the correct accessory NO EASIER than scrolling through the dealers website (where you would have to buy them anyway)

Makes little sense
This app makes little sense. In the world where you can order things in seconds online this app is meant to be forgotten. It’s easier to go to dealers website and get things ordered rather than use this app to email a dealer and wait for them to reply. Quick google search helps more than this app. It is clear that Festool does not have a clear strategy of what this app should be. It is sad. .
