Love Fineco Bank, the Logos App needs to be in English, and this App needs to have a dark mode. But Dark mode is purely cosmetic obviously, and won’t improve on how the App actually works. Looking forward to learning a bit more while I save a bit more, and trying out the Powerdesk Trading Platform 💪🏼. Other trading platforms are said to be better, like Saxo bank for example. But these are oldish reviews, and Fineco is really pushing to be big,, so,, a new review might say something different !! It’s A multi currency trading bank account with good customer service, and a GBP and a EUR Visa Debit Card and Major low fees, probably lower than Saxo in a lot of areas. 10/10 but give me dark mode and il give you 11/10.Oh yeah and we need you to start doing Crypto, then you are truly complete 💯

Poor anticipation of the fallout after Brexit. Fineco got into the UK market recently and encouraged individuals customers to open accounts only to drop the whole project and close these accounts few years afterwards. Poor performance to say the least.
Customer service and help with actual issue

Unfortunately my experience is not good so far. Every single time I get in touch with the customer support the attitude is always the same. They dismiss your query instead of helping the customer out. It is unfortunately the issue faced by many and reported by many people in blogs when compared to other challengers. I hope the management can step in and fix this. Trustpilot reflect exactly what is the opinion about the service. It’s a shame because the platform itself is not bad in terms of look and functionalities but, as you know, the customer service makes the difference and to be honest I would avoid using your service just in case an issue can occur and giving the attitude it won’t get solved easily.
Hidden fees - totally not transparent

I have done a bank transfer form Fineco to another UK bank account.Firstly it took DAYS, while all other UK banks do it seconds. Secondly I was charged £8 although in the payment summary it was state no fee applied. I messaged the Bank seeking clarifications and they told me they use the SEPA circuit and there might be some intermediary banks that have charged the fee in the process but they cannot see who did it and that’s all. I think this not complaint with any banking regulation in UK or in EU. If they state there is no fee they have to make sure the customer pays no fee regardless that circuit they use. It is their job!!! Which apparently they are not able to do properly!Conclusion: incompetent, not-transparent, slower, more expensive, misleading. I’m closing the account. Addio!
