Accessable?

Fierfly is always better quality on computer compared to phone, using fierfly via app is alot less quality compared to website but is is vryy usefulk when it comes to things like homework and has always helped me my whole school uses it
It is not always easy to access but it still helps to organise work and it help with many things such as : were my next lessons are due to having a timetable , comunicating digitaly with teachers and with behavour / acheavment pionts

AWFUL. LAUGHABLY DREADFULL

We live in a world where we have an insane amount of tech at our fingertips. However, this platform via app is stupendously appalling. As a parent with two children who have to use this app, I can confirm the user experience is just... laughably bad. When you click “mark as done” the work pings back to haunt you. It leaves notifications even if you’ve done all of the work, creating unwanted anxiety in parent and child. The layout and way to get around is not child friendly, or adult friendly. It leaves me cursing the developer on a regular basis. Whoever designed this app, did not speak with parents who are often multitasking. It is a job in itself to keep up to date with Firefly. Honestly I can’t think of one thing that’s great. I’m sorry! It has all the hopes of being good, and user friendly. This app is the epitome of tech fails.

Update - I have spent 2-3 hours of my time with firefly direct, via zoom to explain the issues, guiding them on all the functionalities that don’t work, for free, and still nothing is resolved.

I can see firefly has responded to me on here, I can confirm the mark as done function still doesn’t work. I don’t understand why I, a parent, needs to explain to a tech company basic stuff which shouldn’t be happening on the app and the website. Honestly.

Hi, thanks for sharing and we're really sorry about the poor experience. Some unforeseen challenges came out of a release that went out, but we have since made some key fixes. It'd be great to hear back from you if the 'mark as done' functionality is now working as expected? We are currently working on resolving some known issues around notifications. Please go back to the old format

The title. The old UI format was much, much sleeker, less buggier, more efficient and just a much better experience over all. Now, tasks don't sync to the mobile app properly when they're set, marking as done doesn't sync properly and quickly enough to the Web version. Task descriptions don't load half of the time. The navigational buttons at the bottom of the screen are EXTREMELY unresponsive and can take up to 5 seconds to load the requested page.
There is no excuse for such a bad app. Please go back to the old format and stop trying to fix this one. It's not worth the effort trying to upkeep something that clearly doesn't work. Additionally, the app store preview pictures STILL show the old but much better UI format, essentially tricking people into downloading something that they are far, far from actually receiving. I know how set you are on trying to fix the current app, which is respectable, I guess, but it just clearly isn't working.
Please just listen to the students that have to live with this poor excuse of an app, for once.
