SIMS Student 4+

This is the worst school app ever it won’t let me log in at all and I have tried about 10 times with the correct details and it still won’t let me log in and I can’t see what lessons I have each day and what homework is due in !! There needs to be a different app for homework or this app can be fixed immediately!! I am just going to carry on getting detentions because I don’t know what my homework is and when it is due in ! I heard from my teachers that it is a great app for homework , well they were wrong because I have tried multiple times!! My friends can’t even log into it because the same thing is happening to them that is happening to me !! This is getting ridiculous now and the amount of bad and 1 or 2 star reviews I have read from this app is really bad and the majority of people are just putting 1 star !!! I’m not surprised and if you can get into the app lucky but it isn’t letting most of us get into it!!!
TO THE OWNER OF THE APP !!! FIX THIS ASAP , BEFORE ALL YOU GET IS BAD REVIEWS!!!!! I don’t recommend this app to anyone because of the logging in process!!

I can’t log in, i keep trying but “there’s a problem authenticating me” every single time. I’m doing everything right step by step, I try and sign in, they ask for my email, I put in my email, they ask to confirm my password, I do that but it still won’t work even though everything I put in is 100% correct and I don’t think the problem is to do with me... it’s upsetting that I can’t access the app properly, if I was able to I could probably give a good rating but if I can’t use it it’s a bit pointless. Hopefully this changes for me
Anyways I don’t want to spam but i can’t really tell you if it’s good or not. I guess just see for yourself and it might work!
So yeah sorry for the one star but i can’t say anything about the app but If your reading this my troubles might not be yours so if your not struggling to open it, it seems helpful....

This app is okay, I can sing in, but I’m meant to have an update for my school, but it is not working? And my mother has tried to sign on for sims parent, my mum works for my school so it should work, but it keeps saying that there is no account linked to her email. And it took me a long time to sign into this app too. Honestly teachers, I don’t recommend this app for your students, because the parents will need to get parent one and that one is worse than this for signing in, more of much that it is not easy to sign in as a lot of the people that don’t speak English in our school are unable to work it and a lot of people have been told by teachers that they can’t get the app because something is wrong.

Dudes, fix this soon come on, I see you updating but your not fixing the problem.
