Clunky interface and bad design make first class look like it came straight from the 90ies. The password is saved only for a period of time. After that you must either type it each time you want to access your emails or delete and reinstall the app. I wish my company wasn’t so cheap and replaced this with outlook. Honestly though the price difference is really significant and gets the job done so beggars can’t be choosers.
Great to be able to access on the move, but...

I am either missing a trick, or there is a flaw somewhere, in that when I try to open attachments (of varying types, .doc, etc) I get an error message "sorry, no viewer exists for this type of file. (1209)" Surprising when the data sheet states that viewing such attachments should not be a problem. No blog yet found that has troubleshooting for this app. Nevertheless, great interface, quick and responsive and very easy to set up. Unfortunately it means I can't hide from work quite so easily!Frustrating that you can't work off line and then log on to send emails. Writing an email and losing signal seems to result in a loss of the text (not saved as a draft for later sending). Could really do with a user manual! Can't see any of my calendars either. Hmm
Not cool

This is a very useful app which is marred by a silly login procedure. When I tap an icon on my iPhone, guess what I want to do... START an app, that's what!!!! I am driven scatty by having to use a login button every time I start this app. It is VERY silly. It would be far better to have a "DON'T log in" button, which the MINORITY of users with multiple accounts could hit within, say, three seconds. The app could log in automatically with preferred or last-used account if that option was not taken. This is very very basic usability sense!!!! At the moment the vast majority are having to tell the app TWICE in quick succession that they would like to actually use the thing, so that a small number of people can juggle extra accounts. Another niggle: can't upload images. On the whole though, this is a very handy app and I wish I'd had it ages ago.******************************UPDATE: What the hell is the point of the log-in screen fade transition? I want to ****ing well USE the app, not wait while fancy screen effects happen. And another thing: Not only do I have to indicate TWICE that I want to start (tap icon, THEN tap Login) but also have to tap TWICE to log out... That's right! Tap a button labeled Log Out only to be taken to another screen with another logout button. DEVELOPERS: GET A GRIP ON YOURSELVES! ARE YOU ON DRUGS?!!
